一、項目背景與區域優勢
德興市擁有"金山、銅都、銀城"的美譽，是典型的礦產資源型城市。近年來，市政府在大力發展傳統金屬礦產的同時，積極推進非金屬礦產業結構轉型升級。大安山礦區已探明花崗巖儲量3億立方米，綜合開發利用價值超過3000億元；黃柏、萬村兩地的碳酸鈣資源儲量達到3.46億噸，開發價值逾200億元。依托這些更好的礦產資源優勢，本項目致力于建設現代化的智能化精品機制砂生產基地。
二、項目概況與產業定位
本項目位于德興市龍頭山鄉大安山區域，總投資1.2億元，設計生產能力為600噸/小時，年產高品質機制砂約200萬噸。采用了國際先進的破碎篩分工藝和設備，主要產品0-5mm水洗機制砂可廣泛應用于市政工程、商品混凝土攪拌站等對建材質量要求較高的建設領域。
德興市現有的10家石材礦山企業和15家石材加工企業為本項目提供了豐富的資源優勢，同時也是德興市打造"千億產值產業、年稅收百億元、生態可持續百年"的綠色現代化石材循環經濟產業集群的重要支撐力量。
三、生產工藝與技術特點
本項目生產線采用"破碎-篩分-制砂-洗選"四段式工藝流程：
粗碎階段選用PE1200×1500顎式破碎機，處理能力可達600噸/小時，能夠將800mm以下的礦石一次性破碎至150mm以內。
中細碎采用HPT多缸液壓圓錐破，通過智能化調節排料口控制成品粒徑，確保了產品粒形優良。
制砂環節配置VSI6X立軸沖擊破設備，運用"石打石"和"石打鐵"相結合的復合破碎原理，使成砂率達50%以上。
篩洗系統包括：
圓振動篩多級篩分系統，確保產品級配精準
好的輪斗式洗砂機，保證骨料潔凈度
脫水篩配合壓濾機，實現泥水有效分離和水資源循環利用
四、環保與智能化特色
本項目嚴格執行國家綠色礦山建設標準：
采用全封閉式廠房設計，水資源循環利用率保持在95%以上，實現生產廢水零排放。
配置智能化更好控制系統，實現對設備運行狀態和生產數據的實時監控與分析。
