黑龍江省哈爾濱賓西鎮2017年建成的花崗巖破碎生產線，采用"顎破+雙圓錐破+多缸破"三級破碎工藝，實現時產400噸高標號骨料。

地處賓縣西部的賓西鎮是黑龍江哈爾濱的資源城鎮，石灰石、建筑用石儲量近3億立方米，陶粒頁巖、黏土儲量超2億立方米，鉛鋅礦儲量1.5億立方米。2017年改建的破碎生產線項目，在HJ125顎式破碎機初破，HST250單缸液壓圓錐破碎機中細碎條件下加裝HPT300多缸液壓圓錐破碎機細碎，經2臺圓振動篩篩分，綜合時產400噸左右。產量穩定，性能優異，成品粒型好，故障率低。
賓西鎮是黑龍江省省級改革試點鎮，它憑借著豐富的礦產資源和優越的地理位置，現已成為市政基礎設施建設良好，投資環境優良的快速發展地區。該項目于2016年5月投產，客戶是當地較早使用全套液壓圓錐破的用戶，選擇的正是黎明重工的設備。
