項目于2015年投產(chǎn)，位于素有“齊魯紅都”之譽的臨沂莒南縣。這里花崗巖儲量達(dá)到10億多立方米，原料充足，經(jīng)過三段破碎后，成品砂石骨料主要用于建筑領(lǐng)域。
加工物料：花崗巖
產(chǎn) 量：700T/H
出料粒度：0-5mm、5-10mm、10-20mm、20—31.5mm
現(xiàn)場情況
當(dāng)大塊石料進(jìn)入料倉后，通過給料機(jī)均勻進(jìn)入PE1200×1500顎式破碎機(jī)進(jìn)行粗破，再由皮帶機(jī)輸進(jìn)HST315（S）單缸液壓圓錐破碎機(jī)中碎，后由四臺YZS2460振動篩篩分，符合成品規(guī)格的物料進(jìn)入成品物料堆。大于31.5mm的物料進(jìn)入三臺HPT300（C）液壓圓錐破碎機(jī)細(xì)碎，再進(jìn)入YZS2460振動篩篩分成粒度為0-5mm、5-10mm、10-20mm、20—31.5mm的成品料，不符合規(guī)格的石料返回圓錐破再次破碎。
