在粵港澳大灣區(qū)核心區(qū)的中山小欖鎮(zhèn)五金產(chǎn)業(yè)基地，黎明重工打造的VU300塔樓制砂項目已成功運行多年。該系統(tǒng)解決了傳統(tǒng)制砂工藝占地大、能耗高、環(huán)保難達標等痛點。VU300塔樓采用垂直布局設(shè)計，占地面積縮減60%，集成給料、破碎、篩分、整形等十余道工序于一體。核心部件采用PLC控制系統(tǒng)，實現(xiàn)智能調(diào)節(jié)含粉量（3%-15%）和細度模數(shù)（2.3-3.2），出料球狀度達85%，壓碎值低于18%。配套的脈沖除塵系統(tǒng)，確保粉塵排放＜10mg/m³，噪音控制在65分貝以下。生產(chǎn)線24小時穩(wěn)定運行，綜合時產(chǎn)240噸，能耗較傳統(tǒng)工藝降低35%。
