內(nèi)蒙古磁鐵礦破碎選礦技改，內(nèi)蒙古鐵礦石加工

來自內(nèi)蒙古一家大型礦業(yè)集團，該集團在包頭、巴彥淖爾市分別新建了400t/h、500t/h、1000t/h磁鐵礦破碎選礦生產(chǎn)線，基于對世邦品牌的認同，該集團三條生產(chǎn)線設備全部選擇了世邦集團。
400t/h磁鐵礦破碎選礦項目升級改造
該客戶基于歷史原因，在包頭的400t/h生產(chǎn)線建設之時曾嘗試過各種廠家的各種破碎設備，哪怕是國際知名品牌，但效果卻遠遠達不到預期，這讓客戶既疑惑又苦惱。
2020年8月，客戶既有生產(chǎn)線因工藝設計問題，出現(xiàn)三段破碎作業(yè)不甚匹配，顎破、圓錐破單機更是時而出現(xiàn)機械故障，加之廠家售后服務不到位，嚴重影響生產(chǎn)線的穩(wěn)定運行，后該公司致電世邦，希望能對其400t/h磁鐵礦生產(chǎn)線進行技術診斷、升級改造。
世邦經(jīng)實地勘察，詳細了解生產(chǎn)線設備的運行情況，技術工程師為客戶制定了全方位系統(tǒng)升級改造方案。
改造后，粗碎階段使用PEW860歐版顎破替代了原有顎破，解決了粗碎原有的卡料問題，后又增加了HST250圓錐破替代原有單缸液壓圓錐破，從而提高了中碎的破碎比，進而減輕了細碎壓力和篩分作業(yè)壓力，優(yōu)化了生產(chǎn)線的破碎比分配。
改造后的生產(chǎn)線運行穩(wěn)定，降低了成品粒度，減輕了篩分壓力，持續(xù)好的產(chǎn)出。
一、原料特性與加工難點分析

主要類型：磁鐵礦（Fe3O4）、赤鐵礦（Fe2O3）、褐鐵礦（2Fe2O3·3H2O）
典型成分：TFe 30-65%，SiO2 5-35%，Al2O3 1-8%
